Over the past 25 years, she has successfully led companies, overseen sales and marketing initiatives, and designed and delivered training and facilitation programs. For more than a decade, she directed a mid‑sized health and beauty company, where she managed teams of coaches, trainers, and sales and marketing professionals to revitalize and expand business franchises.

Janice is deeply committed to supporting individuals and groups in achieving their personal and professional aspirations. In her role as Co‑Executive, she focuses on supporting clients create financial freedom by developing systems and processes that reduce—and ultimately eliminate—the burden of debt.
